Rialto Airport Redevelopment

Rialto, California

The Rialto Municipal Airport closed in late 2014 and the redevelopment project that includes a commercial, residential and a retail center was introduced to take its place. This included a 60-acre shopping center, called The Renaissance Marketplace Retail Center, located on the newly designed Renaissance Parkway in the new community. The center could potentially have about 500,000 square feet of retail buildings, and will include a 14-screen theater multiplex.

TJW was responsible for designing multiple traffic control and closure plans, traffic signal designs, and signing and striping to facilitate the various phases of the redevelopment project.
