Eagle Pointe Traffic Study
Eagle, Idaho
TJW conducted a comprehensive onsite circulation and traffic operations study to evaluate how the proposed project would interact with the surrounding transportation network. This work included reviewing the site plan to identify access and internal circulation constraints, assessing the existing roadway system through field inventory, and examining collision histories at six key intersections. TJW determined project trip generation, distribution, and assignment, and performed left- and right-turn warrant analyses at site access points and study intersections consistent with ACHD guidelines. In addition, the team evaluated intersection spacing requirements along Route 44 and completed sight-distance analyses to ensure adequate visibility and safe vehicle movements at proposed access locations.
